Victoria Winterford's Epic PROYO!!

Right... let's start off with the obvious...
What is Proyo...?! Quite simply... it is Protein Yoghurt!!
Why eat Proyo...?! Well... if you want a healthy but filling snack, or like a lot of IIFYM eaters out there, want to cap your Macros, then Proyo is a great way to do that. It consists of a lovely tasting, healthy filling base, which can then be topped off with all manner of 'Naughty or Nice' treats!!

Right lets get down to the important bit... PROYO INGREDIENTS!!


  • 200g natural greek yogurt - I used Fage full fat
  • 1tsp Xanthum Gum
  • 50g white chocolate Muscle Mousse protein
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Tsp of cinnamon (optional)
  • Water as needed
  • Toppings as desired



1. Using an electric whisk, mix together yogurt, Protein powder, cinnamon, sweetner and xanthum gum until well combined

2. Add in almond milk and whisk again

3. At this point you now want to add water whilst continuously whisking until you receiving your desired volume and consistency, baring in mind that more water you add the more volume you will have however this can also dilute the flavour

4. Pop into the fridge until you are ready to eat it, or consume straight away if you can't wait!!

5. Don't forget to add all the toppings!!


Don't forget those all important macros... for those who are counting... Protein - 48g / Fats - 12g / Carbs - 19g (Without Toppings.)
