So... it occurs to us that this 'Blog' is kind of turning into the Tom Charlesworth fan club!! But... until Tom stops 'knocking these amazing recipes out the park'... it will continue to be that way!!

Tom Charlesworth's Head or Tails CHEESECAKE!!

Right... let's get straight to it...

For the Base -

200g of original Oreo's

50g of coconut oil

For the Filling -

500g Quark

350g lightest cream cheese

2 tbsp of light sour cream

1 tbsp of trkg vanilla Skinny Syrup

30g of cookies & cream whey protein (can use vanilla whey)

1 tbsp of truvia

2 oreo's

For the Topping -

100g of Golden Oreos

2 x Additional Heads or Tails Oreos

For the Base -

1. Crush all the Oreos in a sandwich bag until they are fully smashed into tiny pieces.

2. Place into an 8" greased circular baking cake tray and press down really compacting all the Oreos.

3. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and pour over the Oreo base. (This helps binds to it all.)

4. Put it into the oven at 180° for 5 minutes or until hardened.

For the Filling -

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until it is smooth and fully combined.

2. Crush two Oreos and mix them into the filling mixture.

3. Pour the filling evenly over the base and place into the oven.

4. Cook for 25 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 180°.

5. If the cheesecake looks to wobbly then leave it for a further 5 minutes but it should still have a slight wobble as it will set further in the fridge.

6. Once cooled place the cheesecake in the fridge overnight to set.

7. Next day take out the cheesecake as it's time to decorate.

For the Topping -

1. Take 100g of golden Oreos and remove the stuff from inside so you are left with just the biscuits.

2. Crush them into small bits in a sandwich bag then scatter over the cheesecake.

3. Meanwhile melt all the cream centers you took out until it is a fine runny consistency and drip over the toppings.

4. Place an optional 2 heads or tails Oreo's to finish
